Return policy

1. Return Period
You have 14 days to return an item, starting from the day you received your order. Unfortunately, return requests submitted after this period cannot be processed.
 
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
* The item is unused and in its original condition
* The item is in its original packaging
* The item has not been damaged by the customer
* The return is reported within 14 days of receipt
 
3. Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
* Items that show visible signs of use
* Items without their original packaging
* Items damaged after receipt by the customer
* Sale items and special offers (unless otherwise stated)
 
4. How to request a return?
Follow the steps below to request a return:

* Pack the item carefully and send it to the provided address
* Keep your shipping receipt until the return has been processed
 
5. Return Shipping Costs
The shipping costs for returning an item are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or was delivered incorrectly. In that case, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.
 
6. Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, you will receive a confirmation via email within 5 business days. The refund will then be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
 
7. Exchanges
